The Whitehead Memorial Museum is a pioneer village in the middle of present-day Del Rio, while the Brinkley Mansion headlines a string of Texas Historical Markers within the city. Those interested in archaeology can venture to Seminole Canyon Historic Site to visit the Witte Museum and view more than 20,000 artifacts, including the White Shaman mural, a 26-foot-long collection of pictographs dating back over 4,000 years.
